CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEAS ANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO o 506 <br /> <br /> ZONING UNIT NO. 68, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO o <br /> 309 (ZONING ORDINANCE) AND "ZONING MAP" OF <br /> SAID ORDINANCE RE ANNEXATION NO. 42 (HANSEN <br /> ADDITION), EXCEPTING SCHULTE/BLACKWELL PROPERTY <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The "Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton", <br />dated December, 1967, as adopted in Section 3.3 of Ordinance No. <br />309, designating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into zoning <br />districts, is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Unit No. 68, as shown on map dated <br /> December, 1967, on file with the City Clerk, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto as EXHIBIT A <br /> and made a part hereof, and Application RZ-67-9, <br /> shall be designated the land use and zoning <br /> districts of said territory. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. Said territory and zone classification, as amend- <br />ed, is further described as follows: <br /> <br /> Real property of D & V Builders, Kolb, and others, <br /> lying westerly of Hopyard Road, being all of <br /> Annexation No. 42 (Hansen Addition), excepting <br /> that portion to the west owned by Schulte]Blackwell <br /> and formerly included in expired tentative map, <br /> Tract 2807, classified as follows: <br /> <br /> A - Agricultural Zone <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton on December 11, 1967. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Pleasanton on December 187 1967 .., by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmen Rega, Reid and Harding <br /> <br /> NOES: None <br /> <br /> ABSENT: Councilmen Gerton and Long <br /> <br /> WARREN R.
