CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04-026 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE <br />APPLICATION OF REGIS AND LISA LACHANCE, AS FILED UNDER CASE <br />PUD-28 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Regis and Lisa Lachance have applied to rezone an approximately 12,400 sq. ft. parcel at <br />! 072 Division Street from the R-1-6,500 (Single-Family Residential) Zoning District to <br />the PUD-MDR (Planned Unit Development - Medium Density Residential) Zoning <br />District and for PUD development plan approval to construct two new single-family <br />homes measuring approximately 1,200 sq. ft. and 2,557 sq. ft. on two lots measuring <br />approximately 4,259 sq. ft. and 8,141 sq. ft., respectively; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held on May 18, 2004, at which time the public was <br />given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed project; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable <br />state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and <br />Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed project would not have any significant adverse <br /> effects on the environment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council further finds that the proposed project will have no potential for adverse <br /> effects on fish and wildlife resources. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Approves the Negative Declaration for the application of Regis and Lisa Lachance for <br />rezoning an approximately 12,400 sq. ft. parcel at 1072 Division Street from the R-1- <br />6,500 (Single-Family Residential) Zoning District to the PUD-MDR (Planned Unit <br />Development - Medium Density Residential) Zoning District, and for PUD development <br />plan approval to construct two new singie-family homes measuring approximately 1,200 <br />sq. ft. and 2,557 sq. ft. on two lots measuring approximately 4,259 sq. ft. and 8,141 sq. <br />ft., respectively. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />The City Council finds that the proposed project will have a de minimis impact on fish <br />and wildlife resources. <br /> <br /> <br />
