Commissioner Morgan made an edit to the second paragraph on page 5 to replace `pollution' <br /> with `population' to read "Commissioner Morgan discussed his calculation of pro-rata allocation <br /> based on pollution population which would be 5,000 units versus 6,000 units." <br /> Chair Brown clarified the first sentence of the seventh paragraph on page 5 by adding "staff to <br /> clarify" to read "Chair Brown asked staff to clarify the Housing Commission and Planning <br /> Commission roles." <br /> 3. Approve the meeting minutes of May 26, 2021 <br /> Commissioner Nibert clarified the third sentence in the first paragraph on page 6 by adding <br /> "according to the applicant" to read "Commissioner Nibert stated the construction materials <br /> might be easily damaged but could also easily be fixed according to the applicant." <br /> Commissioner Allen moved to approve Items 1 through 3 on the Consent Calendar with <br /> Items 4 and 5 moved to Public Hearings and Other Matters. <br /> Commissioner Pace seconded the motion. <br /> ROLL CALL VOTE: <br /> AYES: Commissioners Allen, Brown, Gaidos, Nibert, and Pace <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> The Actions of the Zoning Administrator were approved, as submitted. <br /> The Meeting Minutes of May 12, 2021 were approved, as amended. <br /> The Meeting Minutes of May 26, 2021 were approved, as amended. <br /> The Commission reordered the agenda to hear Item 6 prior to Items 4 and 5. <br /> MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br /> 6.
