IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 505 <br /> <br /> PLACING PORTION OF HOPYARD ROAD <br /> IN COUNTY HIGHWAY SYSTEM <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. Pursuant to §1850 of the Streets and Highways <br />Code of the State of California, the City of Pleasanton does <br />hereby designate and include within the county road and county <br />highway system that portion of Hopyard Road described as follows: <br /> <br /> ALL OF that portion of HOPYARD ROAD lying <br /> within that certain territory annexed to <br /> the City of Pleasanton under Ordinance No. <br /> 489, a map of which was filed July 27, 1967 <br /> in Book 51 of Maps at page 70 thereof, Records <br /> of Alameda County, California. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. This ordinance is adopted at the request of the <br />Board of Supervisors of Alameda County, set forth in Resolution <br />No. 123023 adopted October 31, 1967. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be published in ~'The Times,~' <br />a newspaper of general circulation published within the City and <br />shall become effective the 31st day after the adoption. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton on December 4, 1967. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton on December 11, 1967, by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmen Gerton, Long, Rega, Reid and Harding <br /> <br /> NOES: None <br /> <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> WARREN R. yor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />HELEN Co McCAR~,':Citf Cl~rk <br /> <br /> <br />
