Transportation Development Fee <br /> The Transportation Development Fee apportions the cost of necessary transportation <br /> improvements and reconstruction to the reasonably estimated peak hour trip demand that new <br /> uses place upon existing transportation infrastructure. All new residential, commercial, office or <br /> industrial development projects not otherwise exempt shall pay a Transportation Development <br /> Fee as set forth in the City of Pleasanton Master Fee Schedule. The Tri-Valley Transportation Development Fee is collected for <br /> the TVTC, to fund a portion of Transportation Improvement projects throughout the Tri-valley area. <br /> All new residential, commercial, office or industrial development projects not otherwise exempt <br /> shall pay a Tri-Valley Transportation Development Fee.
