Future Planning Calendar <br /> Planning and Permit Center Manager Melinda Denis gave a brief overview of future items for <br /> the Commission's review. <br /> MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br /> Ms. Denis reported that the landscaping for the Lucky's shopping center located on Hopyard <br /> Road had been completed and the signage at Iron Horse Realty had been installed. <br /> Commissioner Pace stated the Christensen's on Main Street was going out of business and <br /> inquired if staff was aware of future tenants for the location.
