<br />27 <br /> LAVWMA is responsible for its share of costs for any capital project that is intended to <br />replace or repair any EBDA facility, except the Alvarado and Hayward Pump Stations <br />and the force main from Alvarado to Oro Loma. LAVWMA expects to meet its <br />obligations from amounts in its Renewal Replacement Fund. Each Member appoints two directors. Each <br />director is required to be a member of the governing board of said Member. All directors serve <br />until replaced by the appropriate appointing jurisdiction. Ms. Atwood is employed full time by DSRSD as <br />its Financial Services Manager/Treasurer and provides Treasurer services to LAVWMA pursuant <br />to LAVWMA’s contract with DSRSD.
