Based on the information <br /> gathered from the RFP and our interview session,we believe we have prepared an approach to successfully <br /> perform the update to the configuration of MaintStar for the Department. The following scope describes our <br /> proposed services to perform the workflow development and implementation of those workflows into the <br /> upgraded MaintStar System. <br /> Scope of Services <br /> GHD will assist the City of Pleasanton with the MaintStar project tasks as described below. <br /> Task 1 — Project Initiation and Coordination <br /> Our project manager, Kathleen Zynda,GISP,with the support of Ryan Johnson,our Project Liaison,will work <br /> closely with City's staff in an effective, cost-conscious, and efficient manner to keep project tasks focused, <br /> on budget, and schedule. GHD utilizes a hands-on approach to executing projects.We will prepare a Project <br /> Management Plan that provides a layout of the overall project work plan, defines the responsibilities of team <br /> members, identifies goals, milestones, and provides a resource of project delivery information for the City <br /> and GHD. The Project Management Plan is a living document that we share with our clients and GHD staff <br /> and update information changes. <br /> To maintain organization and communication, GHD will create a SharePoint project site for publishing and <br /> maintaining all program documentation that is secure yet easily accessible to the project team and vendor <br /> (MaintStar, if required). GHD follows an ISO-9000 quality management system, a rigorous process requiring <br /> a high degree of effective project planning and project oversight, which demands standardized project <br /> management tools. GHD's Project Management Services includes quality requirements and identifies the <br /> QA/QC milestones for project deliverables.
