Hopyard Road <br />to Parkside <br />installed by <br />America <br />Properties, <br />fifty (50) <br /> <br />from the southern boundary of Tract 4551 <br />Drive in which landscaping has been <br />The Prudential Insurance Company of <br /> <br />("Prudential") and/or Callahan-Pentz <br /> <br />Pleasanton ("CPP"), (vi) the approximately <br />feet wide area immediately adjacent to the <br /> <br />east side of Hopyard Road from Parkside Drive to the <br />Pleasanton Canal in which landscaping has been <br />installed by Prudential or CPP, and (vii) central <br /> <br />medians for Hopyard Road from its intersection with <br />Valley Avenue to its intersection with Owens Drive, as <br /> <br />(i) through (vii) are shown on Exhibit A attached <br />hereto and made a part hereof; <br /> <br /> 1.1.2 Hacienda Business Park: (i) Those <br /> <br />areas designated as Common Area Easements on Parcel Map <br />3858, Hacienda Business Park, recorded August 13, 1982 <br /> <br />in Book 135 of Maps, Pages 49 to 56, Official Records <br />of Alameda County, and (ii) sidewalks immediately <br />adjacent to the south side of West Las Positas <br /> <br />Boulevard and the north side of Stoneridge Drive within <br />Hacienda Business Park, and (iii) all street medians <br />within Hacienda Business Park as described in the <br />Declaration, as (i) through (iii) are shown on Exhibit <br />B attached hereto and made a part hereof; <br /> <br /> 1.1.3 West Las Positas Boulevard: The <br /> <br />areas between the westerly boundary of the Southern <br />Pacific Transportation Company right of way and Santa <br /> <br />-3- <br /> <br /> <br />
