Drive to its intersection with Sutter Gate Drive, and <br />(ii) the areas within the rights of way, public service <br />easements, or temporary landscape easements on both. <br />sides of Santa Rita Road between Pimlico Drive and <br />Sutter Gate Drive in which landscaping has been <br />installed, or is to be installed pursuant to approved <br />plans, by Prudential or CPP as (i) and (ii) are shown <br />on Exhibit F attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> <br /> 1.1.7 Intent of Parties. The parties have <br />attempted to describe with particularity in Sections <br />1.1.1 through 1.1.6 the areas in which the Association <br />shall perform maintenance duties as provided by this <br />agreement, but the specific intent of the parties is <br />that the Association's maintenance duties under this <br />agreement shall include all areas, and only those <br />areas, in which landscaping, sidewalks, irrigation <br />systems, soundwalls, or other improvements have been <br />installed by Prudential or CPP. In the event of any <br />dispute among the parties as to the boundaries of the <br /> <br />areas described in <br />boundary <br />specific <br /> <br /> 1.2 <br /> <br /> Sections 1.1.1 through 1.1.6, the <br />shall be determined in accordance with the <br />intent of the parties as set forth above. <br />Maintenance Requirements.
