These two driveways would be constructed <br />during Phase I. At full buildout, a third driveway along Stoneridge Mall Road would provide site <br />access from the eastern side of the project site (Exhibit 5). <br />At full buildout, the project site would include automobile access to two drop-off areas. The <br />northern and western driveways would provide primary vehicular access to the internal roadways, <br />parking structure, surface parking, loading/service areas, and a drop-off area on the northern side of <br />the project site. The eastern driveway along Stoneridge Mall Road would provide vehicular access to <br />the drop-off area along the eastern side of the project site at full buildout. Two loading/service areas <br />would be provided adjacent to the buildings. <br />1.4.5 - Utilities <br />Existing public utility systems would continue to serve the site. The proposed project would be <br />served by the following utility services: <br />Potable Water <br />As a water retailer, the City of Pleasanton provides potable water service to businesses and homes <br />within the City. <br />Wastewater <br />The City of Pleasanton provides its own sewage collection facilities within the City limits. The Dublin <br />San Ramon Services District (DSRSD) provides wastewater treatment services under contract with <br />the City. The Livermore-Amador Valley Water Management Agency (LAVWMA)—a joint powers <br />agency between the City of Pleasanton, City of Livermore, and DSRSD—provides export/treated <br />wastewater disposal services for treated sewage effluent.4 <br />Solid Waste <br />Pleasanton Garbage Service, Inc. (PGS) provides solid waste collection services under an agreement <br />with the City of Pleasanton until 2028. These services include solid waste collection from <br />commercial, industrial, and residential customers within the City. Solid waste is sorted at the <br />Pleasanton Transfer Station and Recycling Center, which is operated by PGS. <br />Electricity <br />Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) provides electricity service to the project site. <br />Natural Gas <br />PG&E provides natural gas service to the project site. <br /> <br />4 City of Pleasanton. 2015.
