RESOLUTION NO. 21-1228 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ADOPTING <br /> THE 2021/22 THROUGH 2024/25 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM <br /> WHEREAS, biennially the City adopts a Capital Improvement Program; and <br /> WHEREAS, at a public meeting on June 1, 2021, staff presented a report regarding the <br /> recommended Capital Improvement Program for 2021/22 through 2024/25. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1: Adopts the 2021/22 through 2024/25 Capital Improvement Program as <br /> presented at the June 1, 2021 City Council meeting. <br /> SECTION 2: Authorizes expenditures as detailed in the Capital Improvement Program <br /> for 2021/22 and 2022/23. <br /> SECTION 3: Authorizes the fund transfers, appropriations and carryovers as set forth in <br /> the Capital Improvement Program. <br /> SECTION 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at <br /> a regular meeting held on June 15, 2021. <br /> I, Karen Diaz, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the foregoing <br /> resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the 15th day of June 2021, <br /> by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: Councilmembers Arkin, Balch, Narum, Testa, Mayor Brown <br /> Noes: None <br /> Absent: None <br /> Abstain: None <br /> XKare Diaz, City Clerk <br /> APP'OVED q TO FORM: <br /> 4- <br /> *jp <br /> Daniel G.
