ATTACHMENT 1 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, ADOPTING <br /> THE FY 2021/22 and FY 2022/23 OPERATING BUDGET <br /> WHEREAS, biannually the City Council adopts a two-year operating budget; and <br /> WHEREAS, at a public meeting on June 1 , 2021, staff presented a report regarding the <br /> recommended Operating Budget for FY 2021/22 and FY 2022/23. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> Section 1: Council adopts the FY 2021/22 and FY 2022/23 Operating Budget provided in Exhibit <br /> A. <br /> Section 2: Authorizes three percent wage increases to Management and Confidential employees in <br /> FY 2021/22 using monies included in the General Fund contingency. <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> Section 4: City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this resolution and enter it into the book of <br /> original resolutions. <br /> PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at a <br /> regular meeting held on June 15, 2021. <br /> I, Karen Diaz, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the foregoing <br /> resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the 15th day of June, by the <br /> following vote: <br /> Ayes: <br /> Noes: <br /> Absent: <br /> Abstain: <br /> Karen Diaz, City Clerk <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> Daniel Sodergren, City Attorney <br />
