<br /> All that certain real property situated in the City of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California,

<br /> Beginning at the southwestern corner of that certain parcel of land described in the Grant of Easement
<br /> from Alameda County Flood Control and Water Conservation District to the State of California, dated
<br /> September 5, 1978,and recorded October 16, 1978,in Reel 5627 of Official Records at image 306 thereof
<br /> (78-201573),Records of Alameda County, California, said point being on the southwestern line of Parcel
<br /> C, as said parcel is delineated and so designated on that certain Record of Survey No. 316, filed March
<br /> 13, 1968, in Book 7 of Record of Surveys at pages 9 through 12 thereof, Records of Alameda County,
<br /> California; thence along said southwestern line of Parcel C, South 16° 25'26" East, 35.00 feet to a point
<br /> thereon, last said point being the ACTUAL POINT OF COMMENCEMENT; thence leaving said
<br /> southwestern line,southeasterly on the arc of a curve to the left,tangent at last said point to a course which
<br /> bears South 19°02'43"East,the radius of which curve is 557.97 feet,through a central angle of 15°36'30",
<br /> a distance on said arc of 152.00 feet to a point thereon, tangent at last said point to a course which bears
<br /> South 34° 39' 13" East; thence South 16° 25' 26" East, 50.00 feet; thence southeasterly on the arc of a
<br /> curve to the left, tangent at last said point to a course which bears South 39°23'11" East, the radius of
<br /> which curve is 575.58 feet,through a central angle of 4° 58' 38", a distance on said arc of 50.00 feet to a
<br /> point thereon,tangent at last said point to a course which bears South 44° 21' 49" East; thence South 45°
<br /> 38' 11" West, 31.50 feet; thence northwesterly on the arc of a curve to the right, tangent at last said point
<br /> to a course which bears North 44°21'49" West,the radius of which curve is 607.08 feet,through a central
<br /> angle of 1° 30' 36", a distance on said arc of 16.00 feet to a point thereon, tangent at last said point to a
<br /> course which bears North 42° 51' 13" West: thence South 17° 41' 52" West, 24.53 feet to a point on the
<br /> aforesaid southwestern line of Parcel C, Record of Survey No. 316; thence along said southwestern line,
