ATTACHMENT 2 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON AMENDING <br /> THE MASTER FEE SCHEDULE TO CORRECT THE REFERENCE TO THE BUSINESS <br /> LICENSE TAX <br /> WHEREAS, Pleasanton Municipal Code Chapter 5.12 imposes a business license tax <br /> on businesses operating in the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Master Fee Schedule erroneously refers to this as the business license <br /> fee, and therefore is proposed to be corrected. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1. Amends the Master Fee Schedule as follows: <br /> Section I. General and Administrative Fees, change the title of Subsection E to: <br /> E. Business License Tax' <br /> SECTION 2. This resolution shall be effective immediately. <br /> PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at <br /> a regular meeting held on June 1, 2021. <br /> I, Karen Diaz, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the foregoing <br /> resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on June 1, 2021, by the <br /> following vote: <br /> Ayes: <br /> Noes: <br /> Absent: <br /> Abstain: <br /> Karen Diaz, City Clerk <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> Daniel G.
