12o00 CONFLICTS. If any section, subsection, sentence, <br />clause or phrase of this ordinance is for any reason held uncon- <br />stitutional or in conflict with any statute or law of the United <br />States of America, or State of California, such decision shall <br />not affect the validity of the remaining portions of the ordinance <br /> <br /> 13.00 REPEALS° Ordinance No. 345, concerning collection, <br />removal and disposal of garbage and refuse, adopted April 23, 1962 <br />and Ordinance No. 495, adjusting garbage collection rates, <br />adopted August 28, 1967, are hereby specifically and completely <br />repealed. All other ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br />conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby re~ <br />pealed. <br /> <br /> 14.00 PUBLISHING.
