BACKGROUND <br /> The Parks division has a total of three (3) large rotary mowers that are used to maintain <br /> 46 park sites and mow 37 acres of turf per week. Unit820 is a 2007 Jacobsen rotary <br /> mower with 4,838 hours of use which experienced a catastrophic hydraulic failure <br /> requiring its replacement.
