(See page 2 for the specific brands, and restrictions <br /> applicable to this contract.) <br /> NOTICE: Products and/or services on this CMAS contract may be available on a Mandatory Statewide Contract <br /> (formerly Strategically Sourced Contract). If this is the case, the use of this CMAS contract is restricted unless <br /> the State agency has an approved exemption pursuant to MM 05-11, and as further explained in the Statewide <br /> Contract User Instructions.
