Ordinance No. 2215 <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> SECTION 1. The City Council adopts the findings set forth in Exhibit A. <br /> SECTION 2. The Pleasanton Municipal Code is hereby amended by adding a new <br /> Chapter 3.44 to Title 3 to read as set forth in Exhibit B. <br /> SECTION 3. This ordinance establishes a framework to impose a fee to fund <br /> specified capital projects which were considered by the City in the Supplemental <br /> Environmental Impact Report for the Johnson Drive Economic Development Zone, certified <br /> by Resolution No. 17-976. Therefore, no further environmental review is required pursuant <br /> to 14 Cal Code Regs § 15273(b). <br /> SECTION 4. A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) <br /> days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published <br /> in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for fifteen (15) days <br /> in the City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its adoption. <br /> SECTION 5.
