CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 498 <br /> <br /> ZONING UNIT NO. 67, AMENDING ORDINANCE <br /> NO. 309 (ZONING ORDINANCE) AND "ZONING <br /> MAP" OF SAID ORDINANCE, RE TRACT NO. 2693, <br /> HAMBRICK PROPERTY <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. The "Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton", dated <br />September, 1967, as adopted in Section 3.3 of Ordinance No. 309, <br />designating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into zoning <br />districts, is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Unit No. 67, as shown on map dated September~ <br /> 1967, on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which <br /> is attached hereto as EXHIBIT A and made a part <br /> hereof, and Application RZ-67-10, shall be desig- <br /> nated the land use and zoning districts of said <br /> territory. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. Said territory and zone classification, as <br />amended, is further described as follows: <br /> <br /> Approximately twenty-seven acres westerly of <br /> Interstate Route 680, lying between Arroyo Mocho <br /> and Pleasanton Canal, being the former Hambrick <br /> property, and being subdivided by Schulte/Blackwell <br /> Development Co. as Tract No. 2693, and pursuant to <br /> map described above, classified as follows: <br /> <br /> R-l, Single Family Residential District <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton on September 18, 1967. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Pleasanton on.
