! ~, • • <br />4. Section 2 of the Agreement is amended in its entirety <br />to read as follows: <br />" 2. The effect of this Agreement is (i) to extend <br />until January 17, 1984 the time within which building <br />permits can be obtained for Pad A without the expiration <br />of all or any portion of the 6 D.U.E. sewer-system <br />connection permits assigned to Pad A, and (ii) to extend <br />until January 12, 1983 the time within which building <br />permits can be obtained for Pad E without the expiration <br />of all or any portion of the 10 D.U.E, sewer-system <br />connection permits assigned to Pad E." <br />5.
