Resolution No. 21-1208 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />SECTION 2. LPFD shall keep an account of the abatement cost for each parcel on which <br />work is done and shall submit to the City Council for consideration, hearing objections, <br />modification, and confirmation, an itemized written report showing the cost pursuant to <br />Government Code Section 39574. <br />SECTION 3. The weed abatement costs, including a 100% administrative charge, and if <br />related litigation is required, all attorneys' fees, expenses, and costs, shall be the responsibility of <br />the property owner of the parcel of land where the work was done. <br />SECTION 4.
