CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 497 <br /> <br /> ESTABLISHING FUTURE STREET WIDTH LINES <br /> FOR DEL VALLE PARKWAY, AMENDING ORDINANCE <br /> NO. 309 (ZONING ORDINANCE) <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 309 (Zoning Ordinance) adopted <br />April 18, 1960, is hereby amended by adding new sections to <br />Article 18-A, establishing special building and future street <br />width line for Del Valle Parkway, to read as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 18-A.400. DEL VALLE PARKWAY. <br /> There are hereby established the following future <br /> street width lines for Del Valle Parkway for the area <br /> presently within the City Limits and for areas annexed <br /> to the City at a future date. <br /> <br /> Section 18-A.401. The precise plan for this future <br /> street is shown on the plan prepared by MacKay & <br /> Somps, Civil Engineers, entitled "Proposed Right-of- <br /> Way, Del Valle Parkway',' dated February, 1966, which <br /> plan is on file with the Department of Public Works. <br /> <br /> Section 18-A.402. The future width line for Del Valle <br /> Parkway is generally described as follows: <br /> <br /> (SEE EXHIBIT A ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF) <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be published once in "THE <br />TIMES", a newspaper of general circulation published within the <br />City, and shall become effective thirty days after adoption. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton on August 28, 1967. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Pleasanton on September 5, 1967, by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmen Gerton, Long, Rega, Reid and Harding <br /> <br /> NOES: None <br /> <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> ~ <br /> <br /> WARRE~ R ,L HARDING ,) Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
