CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 496 <br /> <br /> ZONING UNIT NO. 66, AMENDING ORDINANCE <br /> NO. 309 (ZONING ORDINANCE) ESTABLISHING <br /> RESIDENTIAL OVERLAY DISTRICT FOR GENERAL <br /> PLAN AREA <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The "Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton", dated <br />April 18, 1960, as adopted in Section 3.3 of Ordinance No. 309, <br />designating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into zoning <br />districts, is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Unit No. 66, as shown on map dated <br /> September 1, 1967, on file with the City Clerk, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto as EXHIBIT A <br /> and made a part hereof. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. Said territory and zone classification, as <br />amended, is further described as follows: <br /> <br /> An overlay district, rezoning the area within the <br /> City and pre-zoning the unincorporated area within <br /> the Pleasanton General Plan area, generally bounded <br /> on the north by Interstate Route 580, on the east <br /> by Isabel Avenue, on the south by State Route 84, <br /> and on the west by the Pleasanton, Main and Sunol <br /> Ridges: <br /> <br /> ROD, Residential Overlay District <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton on August 28, 1967. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Pleasanton on September 5, 1967, by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmen Long, Rega, Reid and Harding <br /> <br /> NOES: Councilman Ger ton <br /> <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />
