<br />B,-o2~~; I n <br />Phases called for in Paragraph 4 of the Development <br />Deferment Agreement dated October 11, 1983, and (iv) to make <br />other modifications to the Development Deferment Agreement <br />dated October 11, 1983, necessary to reflect the foregoing. <br />The Development Deferment Agreement dated October 11, 1983 <br />tolled the three year period from October 11, 1983 through <br />the effective date of this Amended Agreement as to Sewer <br />Permits applicable to Parcels A and B (the Sewer Permits <br />applicable to Parcel C contine to be tolled by the Growth <br />Management Program). <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual <br />covenants and agreements contained herein and the sum of One <br />Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) being paid to Pleasanton as a <br />processing fee concurrently herewith, the parties do hereby <br />agree as follows: <br />1. Effectiveness. This Amended Development Deferment <br />Agreement shall be effective upon the recording of a final <br />map in respect of Tentative Parcel Map 3702; provided, <br />however, if such final map is not recorded within one year <br />from the date of approval of this Amended Agreement by the <br />City, this Amended Agreement shall be rescinded and the <br />Development Deferment Agreement dated October 11, 1983 shall <br />continue in force. <br />2. Binding Effect; Assignment. This Amended <br />Agreement, and all of the terms and conditions hereof, shall <br />4 <br />
