CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY~ CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 493 <br /> <br /> ZONING UNIT NO. 65, AMENDING ORDINANCE <br /> NO. 309 (ZONING ORDINANCE) AND "ZONING <br /> MAP" OF SAID ORDINANCE, RE HIGHLAND OAKS <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The "Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton", dated <br />April 18, 1960, as adopted in Section 3.3 of Ordinance No. 309, <br />designating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into zoning <br />districts, is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Unit No. 65, as shown on map dated August, 1967, <br /> on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto as EXHIBIT A and made a part hereof, and <br /> Application No. RZ-67-7, shall be designated the land <br /> use and zoning districts of said territory. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. Said territory and zone classification, as <br />amended, is further described as follows: <br /> <br /> Approximately twelve acres, northwesterly of <br /> intersection of future Los Positas Boulevard <br /> and Inters tare Route 680, vicinity of Highland <br /> Oaks subdivision, being property of Schulte/ <br /> Blackwell Development Company, Pleasanton, <br /> California, and pursuant to map described above, <br /> classified as follows: <br /> <br /> R-l, Single Family Residential District <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton on August 14, 1967. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Pleasanton on August 21 , 1967, by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: COUNCILMEN GERTON, LONG, REID AND VICE MAYOR REGA <br /> <br /> NOES: NONE <br /> <br /> ABSENT: MAYOR HARDING <br /> <br /> W~RREN R o' HARDINGD' Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
