CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 491 <br /> <br /> ZONING UNIT NO. 64, AMENDING ORDINANCE <br /> NO. 309, (ZONING ORDINANCE) AND "ZONING <br /> MAP" OF SAID ORDINANCE, RE D & V BUILDERS, <br /> INC. PROPERTY SOUTHEASTERLY OF BLACK AVENUE <br /> AND HOPYARD ROAD <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The "Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton", dated <br />April 18, 1960, as adopted in Section 3°3 of Ordinance No. 309, <br />designating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into zoning <br />districts, is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Unit No. 64, as shown on map dated July, 1967, <br /> on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is at- <br /> tached hereto as EXHIBIT A and made a part hereof, <br /> and Application RZ-67-6, shall be designated the land <br /> use and zoning districts of said territory. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. Said territory and zone classification, as <br />amended, is further described as follows: <br /> <br /> Three acres, more or less, bounded by Hopyard Road, <br /> Black Avenue, Harvest Road, and Meadowview and <br /> Oakview Courts, in the Pleasanton Valley Subdivision, <br /> Pleasanton, California, and pursuant to the map de- <br /> scribed above, classified as follows: <br /> <br /> Parcel 1: A, Agricultural District <br /> Parcel 2: R-l, Single Family Residential District <br /> Parcel 3: R-l, Single Family Residential District <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton on July 24, 1967. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Pleasanton on July 31, 1967, by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmen Getton, Long, Rega, Reid and Harding <br /> <br /> NOES: None <br /> <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> / <br /> <br /> <br />
