CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 485 <br /> <br /> ZONING UNIT NO. 62, AMENDING ORDINANCE <br /> NO. 309 (ZONING ORDINANCE) AND "ZONING <br /> MAP" OF SAID ORDINANCE, RE RICKENBACH <br /> AND FULTON PROPERTY <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The "Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton", <br />dated April 18, 1960, as adopted in Section 3.3 of Ordinance No. <br />309, designating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into zoning <br />districts, is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Unit No. 62, as shown on map dated June, <br /> 1967, on file with the City Clerk, a copy <br /> of which is attached hereto as EXHIBIT A and made <br /> a part hereof, and Application RZ-67-2, shall be <br /> designated the land use and zoning district of <br /> said territory. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. Said territory and zone classification, as <br />amended, is further described as follows: <br /> <br /> Thirty-nine acres, more or less, bounded by <br /> Pleasanton Canal, extension of Crestline Road, <br /> Valley Avenue and Blum property east of Hopyard <br /> Road, classified as: <br /> <br /> R-l, Single Family Residential District <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton on May 22, 1967. <br /> <br /> ADOFrED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton on June 5 , 1967, by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmen Gerton, Long, Reid, and Harding <br /> <br /> NOES: None <br /> <br /> ABSENT: Councilman Rega <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />
