RESOLUTION NO. 21-1204 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, <br /> ACCEPTING THE MIDYEAR FY 2020/21 OPERATING BUDGET AND AMENDING <br /> THE FY 2020/21 OPERATING BUDGET ACCORDINGLY <br /> WHEREAS, staff periodically presents to the City Council reports regarding the financial <br /> condition of the City along with any recommendations for budget amendments and technical <br /> corrective actions needed; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council adopted the FY 2020/21 Operating Budget ("Budget") on <br /> June 16, 2020 and <br /> WHEREAS, staff prepared Midyear Budget update that includes recommended <br /> amendments to the Budget. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1. It ratifies adjustments approved by the City Manager and funded from the <br /> General Fund contingency totaling $171,397 for COVID related purchases. <br /> SECTION 2.
