COlll~l~ OF M.~)~)~) $~ll'g OF CALIFO~IA <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 2nd day <br />of JULY , 19 93 , by and between the COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, State of <br />California, hereinafter called the "COUNTY", and CITY OF PLEASANTON, State of <br />California, hereinafter called the "CITY". <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: That the COUNTY for and in consideration of the covenants, conditions, <br />agreements, and stipulations of the CITY hereinafter expressed, does hereby agree to <br />furnish the CITY tax information, as described herein. <br /> <br />The parties mutually agree and promise as follows: <br /> <br />1 ) DEFINITIONS: <br /> <br />"Tax information", "Tax information records", "tax information data" or "data" <br />means non-confidential records, which are in possession of the Alameda County <br />Treasurer-Tax Collector, Auditor-Controller, Assessor, County Recorder, or Data <br />Processing Departments, and which may include the Assessor's property <br />characteristics information: <br /> <br />"Assessor's property characteristic information" means 1) the information <br />regarding property characteristics maintained by the Assessor and contemplated <br />by Revenue & Taxation Code 408.3, and 2) such other information that the <br />Assessor is not required by law to prepare or keep as is contemplated by <br />Revenue & Taxation Code 409, to the extent the Assessor agrees to provide such <br />other information. <br /> <br />"Records" means papers, files, microfiche, computer readable disks, tapes, <br />cards, or any other reproducible m~dla, upon which information related to the <br />tax assessment and collection function is contained, and which may include the <br />Assessor's property characteristics information. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />D. "COUNTY" means the County of Alameda and any of its authorized departments, <br /> agencies, officials, managers, employees and agents. <br /> <br />~RO~IDE: The COUNTY agrees to provide the CITY compatible DXF files of all <br />property boundary changes) including square footage, within the City of Pleasanton <br />and compatible DXF files of any requested properties that have been remapped into <br />the COUNTY's CADD system. The file(s) will be delivered via floppy diskette 3 1/Z" <br />or 5 1/4". A plot of the file will also be provided. <br /> <br />SOI~ICE: All tract maps, parcel maps and documents accepted by the Alameda County <br />Recorder's Office) excluding records of survey. <br /> <br />5) <br /> <br />ACC~C'f: Properties shall be drafted by COGO input from source documents and <br />shall be as accurate as source documents. Liability for errors shall be limited to <br />providing corrected work in a timely manner. <br /> <br />DEWILY: Work shall be delivered by standard U.S. mail and postmarked no later <br />than 45 days from recording date for tracts and parcel maps and no later than 120 <br />days from recording date for other documents. This may be amended or modified only <br />by mutual agreement of both parties in writing. Failure to deliver work in times <br />prescribed shall result in waiving of fees for that work. <br /> <br /> <br />
