l . . � <br /> EXHIBIT "A" <br /> DESCRIPTION OF TERRITORY TO BE ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ANNEXATION NO. 41 <br /> All that certain real property situated in the Township of Pleasanton, <br /> County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows : <br /> BEGINNING at the intersection of the general northerly boundary line of <br /> the City of Pleasanton, as said boundary line was established in the Order of <br /> Incorporation of the Town of Pleasanton filed June 11, 1894, in Minute Book 16 of <br /> the Board of Supervisors of Alameda County, at page 322 thereof, with the general <br /> southwesterly boundary line of that certain territory annexed to the City of <br /> Pleasanton,under Ordinance No. 366, a map of which was filed on January 21, 1966, in <br /> Map Book 51 at page 14 thereof, Records of Alameda County, California; thence <br /> northwesterly along said general southwesterly boundary line to an intersection <br /> thereof with the southeasterly line of that certain parcel of land conveyed <br /> by Oakland Title Insurance and Guaranty Company, a corporation, to Howard C. <br /> Hansen and Virginia C. Hansen, his wife, by deed recorded May 9, 1945, in Book <br /> 4706 of Official Records at page 199 (SS-28960) Records of Alameda County, Cali- <br /> fornia; thence southwesterly along said southeasterly line to an intersection <br /> thereof with the general northwesterly line of that certain parcel of land desig- <br /> nated Parcel 1 and conveyed by Howard Clemens Hansen, a married man dealing with <br /> his separate property, and Ann Marie Mix, a married woman dealing with her separate <br /> ' property, to the State of California by deed recorded May 28, 1965, on Reel 1515 <br /> of Official Records, Image 438 (AX-73707) Records of Alameda County, California; <br /> thence along said general northwesterly line south 16° 25' 26" east (the bearing <br /> of said general northwesterly line being taken as south 16° 25' 26" east for the ' <br /> purpose of making this description) 2139.08 feet; and continuing along said general <br /> northwesterly line south 19° 28' 22" east 283.05 feet; thence leaving said general <br /> 3-28-66 <br /> • <br /> ti <br />
