2. All deposits made with the City to establish <br />credit will be held by the City in a special fund and may <br />be applied by the City to unpaid bills for Water service <br />when service is discontinued. <br /> <br /> 3. Each receipt for a cash deposit to establish <br />or re-establish credit for Water service shall contain the <br />following statement: <br /> <br /> "This deposit will be held by the City and <br /> may be applied to unpaid balances where service <br /> has been discontinued by the City because of non- <br /> payment of bills. This deposit, less the amount <br /> of any unpaid water bills, will be refunded, <br /> without interest, on discontinuance of service." <br /> <br /> SECTION VI <br /> <br /> CONNECTIONS TO WATER SYSTEM <br /> <br /> 1. Any person whose Premises are not connected <br />with the Water System upon the date of this Ordinance shall <br />connect such Premises or cause such Premises to be connected <br />with the Water System only after first obtaining a permit <br />to do so from the Director, and upon payment of the appli- <br />cable connection charges provided in Ordinance No. 466 <br />adopted by the City Council on August 8, 1966; provided, <br />however, that there shall be no charge for connecting Prem- <br />ises for which a service connection has already been in- <br />stalled to the Water System, except as in this Ordinance <br />expressly otherwise provided. <br /> <br /> 2. Each Applicant for Water service may be <br />required to sign, on a form provided by the Department, <br />an application which shall set forth: <br /> <br /> a.
