of this Ordinance. Each application shall'be subject to <br />verification by the Director. Any person who takes posses- <br />sion of and uses Water from the Water System without having <br />made application for service pursuant to this Ordinance <br />shall be held liable for the full amount of the service <br />rendered. <br /> <br /> 6. The City may require a written contract with <br />any Consumer as a condition nrecedent to Water service in <br />any case where unusual quantities of Water or construction <br />of special facilities are or will be required; provided, <br />however, that any such contract shall not modify the rate <br />structure herein provided. <br /> <br /> 7. No rent or other charge shall be paid byethe <br />City for any meter or other facilities located on a Con- <br />sumer's Premises. <br /> <br /> 8. All service connections, meters, main exten- <br />sions and installations paid for by Applicants and all <br />other facilities furnished by the Department or the City, <br />whether located wholly or partially on public or private <br />property, shall be and remain the property of the City and <br />the Department shall have the right to repair, replace <br />and maintain the same and the right to remove the same <br />upon discontinuance of service. <br /> <br /> 9- The City shall not be responsible for the <br />installation or maintenance of any water lines beyond the <br />end of its service connection or meter. <br /> <br /> SECTION VII <br /> <br /> USE OF WATER SERVICE <br /> <br /> 1.
