Resolution No. 04-022 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />Section 7: <br /> <br />Karen Ellgas is appointed as a regular member and Kurt Kummer is appointed as <br />an alternate to the Parks and Recreation Commission, which terms expire on April <br />30, 2008, or until such time as they are replaced. <br /> <br />Section 8: <br /> <br />Brian Arkin is reappointed as a member of the Planning Commission, which term <br />expires on April 30, 2008, or until such time as he is replaced. <br /> <br />Section 9: <br /> <br />Chris Arkin, Lauren Russman, Elisse LaBarre, and Nimi Mastey are appointed as <br />regular members to the Youth Commission, which terms expire on April 30, 2006, <br />or until such time as they are replaced. <br /> <br />Section 10: <br /> <br />Jackie Bierre and Spencer Sussman are appointed as alternate members to the <br />Youth Commission, which terms expire on April 30, 2006, or until such time as <br />they are replaced. <br /> <br />Section 11: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON MAY 4, 2004 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Campbell <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Ayala, Brozosky, Hosterman, and Mayor Pico <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM:_ <br /> <br />Michael H.
