CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 476 <br /> <br /> AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 243 (pLANNING COMMISSION) <br /> DESIGNATING EX OFFICIO MEMBERS <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does hereby ordain <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. Section 5 of Ordinance No. 243, designating <br /> <br />ex officio members of the Planning Commission, is hereby amended <br />to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "Section 5. EX OFFICIO MEMBERS: <br /> Ex officio and advisory members without <br /> a vote shall include the Planning Director <br /> as Secretary to the Commission, the <br /> Director of Public Works, the City <br /> Attorney and such other persons or <br /> officials as the Council may appoint <br /> by resolution." <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be published once in "THE <br />TIMES", a newspaper of general circulation published within the <br />City, and shall become effective thirty days after final passage <br />and adoption. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton on January 23, 1967. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED at a regular Imeeting of the City Council on <br /> <br />FEBRUARY 6, l~6~ , by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: COUNCILMEN GERTON, LONG, REGA, REID AND MAYOR HARDING <br /> <br /> NOES: NON E <br /> <br /> ABSENT: NONE <br /> <br /> <br />
