5. No individual entity shall be identified in any published information. <br /> <br /> 6. Any summarized industry level data, when published, must contain three <br />or more forms (accounts). <br /> <br /> 7. In those instances where there are three or more firms (accounts) and the <br />employment of a single firm represents more than 80 pement of the total, the number must be <br />rolled up to a larger total in order to mask identification of such firms. <br /> <br /> 8. EDD shall be allowed to review any publications which uses EDD data <br />prior to publication. <br /> <br /> 9. EDD shall be provided with three copies of any publication, document or <br />relevant portions of documents which contain information based on EDD data at no cost. Thes~ <br />documents shall be sent to EDD at the same time they are provided to any person not designated <br />in this request. Samples of lengthy tabulations should also be submitted. Copies of all <br />publicationsidocuments shall be sent to: <br /> <br />Labor Market Information Division <br />Employment Data Section, Confidential Data Coord. <br />Employment Development Department <br />P.O. Box 826880, MIC 57 <br />Sacramento, CA 94280-0001 <br /> <br /> 10. The data shall be stored in a place physically secure from access by <br />unauthorized persons. Information in electronic format, such as magnetic tapes or discs, must <br />be stored and processed in such a way that unauthorized persons cannot retrieve the information <br />by computer, remote terminal or other means. <br /> <br /> 11. Upon completion of the project, the data shall be returned to the LMID <br />Confidential Data Coordinator (NOTE: Project is intended to continue over an indefinite number <br />of years.) <br /> <br /> 12. A representative of the EDD may verify that the data are being used within <br />these constraints. The representative, therefore, may have access to the worksite where the data <br />are located, as well as access to the data itself. <br /> <br /> 13. EDD will conduct an annual survey to determine the status of the data and <br />to ensure that the constraints were followed. The survey questionnaire must be completed and <br />returned within two weeks. This compliance review is part of the monitoring process. <br /> <br /> <br />
