CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OP PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 555 <br /> <br /> AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 526, APPLYING VEHICLE CODE PROVISIONS <br /> TO CERTAIN PRIVATE OR UNDEDICATED STREETS WITHIN THE CITY <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> I. <br /> <br /> Section 3 of Ordinance 526, enumerating those sections of <br /> the Vehicle Code of the State of California which shall apply to <br /> private or undedicated streets described in Ordinance 526, is <br /> hereby amended by the addition thereto of the following Sections <br /> of the Vehicle Code, which said sections shall be applicable within <br /> and upon the Alameda County Fair Grounds: <br /> 922507. Local Parking Regulations <br /> <br /> 922514. Fire Hydrants <br /> 922519. Regulation of Offstreet Parking <br /> §22652. Local Regulations of Removal <br /> 922654. Authorization for Moving a Vehicle <br /> 922658. Removal Prom Private Property <br /> <br /> II. <br /> <br /> This ordinance shall be published once in ~'THE TIMES" a <br /> , <br /> <br /> newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanto , <br /> and shall become effective the thirty-first day after adoption. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br /> City of Pleasanton on May 12, 1969. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> <br /> of Pleasanton on May 19, 1969, by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmen Beratlis, Rega, Reid, Spiliotopoulos and Mayor <br /> Gerton <br /> NOES: NONE <br />iiAssENT: NONE <br /> <br /> <br />
