ALA eFEDA COUNTY <br /> <br />CONGESTION MANAGEMENT AGENCY <br /> AB 434 FUND TRANSFER AGREEMENT <br /> <br />This agreement is made on ~&&~ ~-t / c~ 93, between the Alameda County <br />Congestion Management Agency, (hereinafter CMA) and the City of ?leasanton <br />(hereinafter "SponSor"). <br /> <br />Section 1. PURPOSE OF AGREEMENT <br />The purpose of thts Agreement is to specify the terms and conditions for the <br />advancement of funds mide available from the AB 434 Vehicle Registration Fee <br />program for fiscal year 1993/94. As program manager in Alameda County, the CMA <br />will annually program 40% of the AB 434 funds collected in Alameda County. The <br />CMA will receive quarterly advancements of these funds from the Bay Area Air <br />Quality Management District (BAAQMD), which will then be advanced to project <br />sponsors, pursuant to this agreement. <br /> <br />Section 2. DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT <br />The CMA has prograrrmaed $44,758of the funds available in the 1993/94 Alameda <br />County allocation of AB 434 funds to the Sponsor to be used for <br /> Transportat~.on Demand Management . $11,423 1992/93 <br /> $33,335 1993/94 <br /> <br />Section 3. ADVANCEM3ENT OF FUNDS <br />Funds for the 1993/94 program will be advanced to the CMA from the BAAQMD in <br />four quarterly installments. A funding agreement between the CMA and the <br />BAAQMD for thd FY 93/94 program is expected to be finalized in August 1993. <br />Advancements from the BAAQMD are anticipated within ten (10) working days of <br />August 15, 1993, October 1, i993, January 1, 1994 and April i, 1994, respectively. <br />Available funds will be advanced to project sponsors based on the percentage each <br />sponsors' project bears to the overall program total. Sponsor must complete the <br />attached "Reques~ For Advancement of Funds" and provide documentation that all <br />previous advancements of funds have been expended prior to any additional <br />advancements. <br /> <br />Section 4. DOCUMENTATION OF EXPENDITURES <br />Sponsor will submit a report to the CMA within two (2) months of the end of each ' <br />fiscal year which itemizes the expenditure of the funds. Sponsor will, for the duration <br />of this project and for three (3) years following completion of.the training, make <br />available to BAAQMD ?r to an independent auditor, all records relating to expenses <br />incurred in implementing this training. <br /> <br /> <br />
