ATTACHMENT 2 <br /> FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br /> This First Amendment to Agreement ("First Amendment") is entered into the 19th day of January <br /> 2021 by the City of Pleasanton("City") and CSI Services, Inc. ("Consultant"). <br /> Whereas, on July 16, 2019 the City and Consultant entered into an Agreement for Design <br /> Professional Services ("Agreement") (Agreement 20-20183) where Consultant is providing specialty <br /> coating inspection services for Bi-Annual Water Tank Corrosion Repairs CIP 18127 referred to as Three <br /> Tank Rehabilitation Project No. 18127; and <br /> Whereas,additional time and services are needed from the Consultant for additional specialty <br /> coating inspections for the Three Tank Rehabilitation project; and <br /> Whereas,the parties desire to amend to the Agreement to extend the time and compensation for <br /> such additional services. <br /> Now, therefore, in exchange for valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, <br /> the parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. Exhibit A of the Agreement is amended to add the following: Three Tank Rehab— <br /> Construction Support Scope/Fee dated June 26, 2019 as attached here in as Exhibit 1 <br /> 2. Section 4 Term of the Agreement shall be extended to April 1, 2021. <br /> 3. The total compensation for all services and reimbursement listed under Section 5 <br /> Compensation of the Agreement shall be increased to One Hundred and Two Thousand <br /> and Four Hundred Fifty-Eight Dollars ($102,458). [Additional specialty inspection <br /> services of$2,505.11] <br /> 4.
