Exhibit A <br />When there are more applications than funds available for the Down Payment Assistance (DPA) <br />Program in any fiscal year, the City's Preference System for the DPA Program shall have a two <br />(2) point preference for qualified low (80% of Area Median Income (AMI)) and moderate -income <br />(up to 120% of AMI) persons / households where at least one of the members of the household, <br />who is also a signator to DPA Program application, is: <br />• A current employee of the Pleasanton Unified School District. <br />• A current employee of the City of Pleasanton. <br />• A current employee of the Livermore -Pleasanton Fire Department. <br />• A current employee of the County of Alameda. <br />• A current employee of a not-for-profit agency granted tax-exempt status by the IRS that <br />provides social services (including, but not limited to, food subsidies, health care, job <br />training, subsidized housing, adoption, support for persons with disabilities, school <br />readiness, etc.) to Pleasanton residents. <br />
