CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE #552 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN <br /> UNINHABITED TERRITORY DESIGNATED AS ANNEXATION NO. 58 <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> I. <br /> <br />The City Council does hereby make the following findings: <br />(a) On December 9, 1968, the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton did pass and adopt Resolution No. 68-222, giving <br />notice of the intention to annex certain uninhabited territory to <br />the City of Pleasanton. Said territory was designated as Annex <br />No. 58 and did describe the boundaries of the territories proposed <br />to be annexed. <br /> <br /> (b) Said Resolution No. 68-222 contained notice of the time <br />and place for the Council of the City of Pleasanton to hear pro- <br />tests made by any person owninglreal property within the territory <br />proposed to be annexed. Said time of hearing was not less than <br />fifteen nor more than sixty days from the date of passage of the <br />Resolution. <br /> <br /> (c) On January 27, 1969, at the hour of 8:00 P.M., in the <br />Council chambers, at the Valley View School Multi-Purpose Room, <br />480 Adams Court, in the City of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, <br />State of California, the said City Council held a public hearing <br />and said public hearing was continued. On March 24, 1969, at the <br />hour of 8:00 P.M., at the Valley View School Multi-Purpose Room, <br />480 Adams Court, Pleasanton, the date, time and place to which the <br />hearing on the matter herein was continued, the said City Council <br />did conduct a oublic hearing and pass upon protests. <br /> <br /> <br />
