Exhibit A <br /> When there are more applications than funds available for the Down Payment Assistance (DPA) <br /> Program in any fiscal year, the City's Preference System for the DPA Program shall have a two <br /> (2) point preference for qualified low (80% of Area Median Income (AMI)) and moderate-income <br /> (up to 120% of AMI) persons/ households where at least one of the members of the household, <br /> who is also a signator to DPA Program application, is: <br /> • A current employee of the Pleasanton Unified School District. <br /> • A current employee of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> • A current employee of the Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department. <br /> • A current employee of the County of Alameda. <br /> • A current employee of a not-for-profit agency granted tax-exempt status by the IRS that <br /> provides social services (including, but not limited to, food subsidies, health care, job <br /> training, subsidized housing, adoption, support for persons with disabilities, school <br /> readiness, etc.) to Pleasanton residents. <br /> // <br />
