1 <br /> THE CITY OF <br /> f1..a <br /> CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br /> pL£ASANTON® <br /> December 15, 2020 <br /> City Manager's Office <br /> Office of the City Clerk <br /> TITLE: ADOPT A RESOLUTION DECLARING RESULTS OF THE GENERAL <br /> MUNICIPAL ELECTION HELD NOVEMBER 3, 2020 <br /> SUMMARY <br /> A General Municipal Election was held on November 3, 2020 for the purpose of electing <br /> a Mayor and two members of the City Council. The City consolidated its election with <br /> the State General Election and contracted with Alameda County Registrar of Voters to <br /> canvass the returns. The Registrar of Voters has completed the official canvass and has <br /> provided the City with a Statement of the Results of all votes cast for each candidate. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Adopt the Resolution Reciting the Facts of the General Municipal Election held on <br /> November 3, 2020 declaring the results and such other matters as provided by law. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br /> Submitted by: Approved by: <br /> ► l i <br /> Karen I iaz Nelson Fialho <br /> City Clerk City Manager <br /> Attachment: <br /> 1.
