CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 543 <br /> <br /> ZONING UNIT NO. 79, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 520 (ZONING <br /> ORDINANCE) AND "ZONING MAP" OF SAID ORDINANCE WITH RESPECT <br /> TO 55 ACRES NORTHERLY OF THE WESTERN PACIFIC RAILROAD TRACKS <br /> SOUTHERLY OF THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC RAILROAD TRACKS AND <br /> EASTERLY OF KOLLN STREET <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> I. <br /> <br />The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated April 18, 1960, <br />referred to in Section 28,110, or Ordinance No. 520, designating <br />and dividing the City of Pleasanton into Zoning Districts, is <br />hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Unit No. 79, as shown on the map dated January 24, <br /> 1969, on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is <br /> attached hereto as Exhibit :'A" and made a part hereof, <br /> shall designate the land use and zoning districts of the <br /> territory referred to therein. <br /> <br />Said territory and zone classification, as amended, is further <br />described as follows -' <br /> <br /> Real property of Kaiser Sand and Gravel Division of <br /> Kaiser Industries Corporation, being approximately 55 <br /> acres, lying within the easterly quadrant created by the <br /> intersection of the Western Pacific and Southern Pacific <br /> Railroad tracks, and further bounded on the East by real <br /> property of Kaiser Industries Corporation, zoned I-P is <br /> hereby classified as follows: <br /> <br /> PUD (Planned Unit Development District) <br /> <br /> III. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall be published once in "THE TIMES", a newspaper <br />of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton, and <br /> <br /> <br />
