FIRSTCARBON `' `"al SULU l IUNS Task 7: Preparation of Notice of Intent and Notice of Completion FCS will draft an NOI for circulation in accordance with CEQA Guidelines Section 15072. This Scope of Work assumes that FCS will address noticing/distribution to the SCH,and that the City will be responsible for printing and distribution of the NOI to agencies and other interested parties, as well as posting of the NOI to the newspaper(if needed). If the City requests FCS complete the printing and distribution of the NOI, a change order may be required to cover costs for this task. FCS will also prepare the NOC, which will be provided for City staff review prior to release of the Draft IS/MND for public review. Deliverable • Electronic copy(via FTP site) of the Draft NOI to the SCH and the City. Task 8: Preparation of Administrative Final Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration FCS will prepare formal Responses to Comments received by the City on the Draft IS/MND.This task includes submittal of a draft set of responses for review and comment by City staff, as well as one set of revisions in response to staff comments.This Scope of Work assumes the City will provide one set of consolidated,vetted comments on the Response to Comments,via tracked changes in the Word document. Given the high level of uncertainty with respect to the volume and complexity of such comments, an initial budget allocation has been established for this task; however,this may need to be adjusted based on the volume and complexity of comments received. Deliverable • Electronic version (via FTP site) of the Administrative Final IS/MND to the City.The Administrative Final IS/MND will be provided in both Microsoft Word format and searchable PDF format (the PDF would be provided as a single document, optimized and compressed).This Scope of Work assumes no hard copies of the Administrative Final IS/MND will be provided to the City. If hard copies are requested, a change order may be required to cover costs of producing the copies. Task 9: Preparation of Final ISMND Once the City provides one set of consolidated,vetted comments on the Response to Comments, via tracked changes in the Word document, FCS will address comments and edits and will produce the Final ISMND. FCS will reproduce the Final IS/MND electronically for City use and distribution.This Scope of Work assumes that City staff will be responsible for distribution of copies of the Final IS/MND to agencies, organizations, and individuals who submitted comments.
