14. Business Anniversary Presentation <br /> PUBLIC HEARINGS AND OTHER MATTERS <br /> If necessary to assure completion of the following items, the Mayor may alter time limits. <br /> 15. Approve policy direction to begin the design process for a skatepark at Ken Mercer Sports Park <br /> 16. PUBLIC HEARING: Review the Planning Commission's approval of applications P19-01281P19- <br /> 0129 for a Design Review and Conditional Use Permit to modify an existing self-storage facility <br /> (Public Storage) as follows: 1) demolish seven existing storage buildings and office; 2) construct a <br /> 900 square-foot office; 3) construct a 9,750 square-foot one-story storage building; 4) construct a <br /> 197,410 square-foot three-story storage building; and 5) construct related site improvements at <br /> 3716 Stanley Blvd., and consider adoption of a resolution approving a reduction in affordable <br /> housing fees for the project <br /> 17. Award an operator agreement to Black Tie Transportation to assume management and day-to- <br /> day responsibilities for Pleasanton Paratransit Service (PPS) for a three-year agreement not to <br /> exceed $896,400 and if necessary authorize the City Manager to: 1) negotiate terms for two <br /> additional years and, 2) negotiate Americans with Disabilities Act PPS transports to Livermore <br /> Amador Valley Transit Authority and, 3) approve and execute any required agreement change <br /> order(s) for a not to exceed amount of $179,280 (approximately 20% of the operator agreement) <br /> for program adjustments <br /> MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL <br /> COUNCIL REPORTS: Brief reports on conferences, seminars, and meetings attended by the Council <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> Notice <br /> Under Government Code §54957.5, any writings/documents regarding an open session item on this agenda provided to a <br /> majority of the City Council after distribution of the agenda packet will be available for public inspection at City Hall in the City <br /> Clerk's Office, at pleasantoncityclerk@cityofpleasantonca.gov <br /> There is a 90-day limit for the filing of a challenge in the Superior Court to certain City administrative decisions and orders, <br /> which require a hearing by law, the receipt of evidence, and the exercise of discretion. The 90-day limit begins on the date the <br /> decision is final (Code of Civil Procedure§ 1094.6). Further, if you challenge an action taken by the City Council in court, you <br /> may be limited, by California law, including but not limited to Government Code §65009, to raising only those issues you or <br /> someone else raised in the public hearing, or in written correspondence delivered to the City Council prior to or at the public <br /> hearing. The City Council may be requested to reconsider a decision if the request is made prior to the next City Council <br /> meeting, regardless of whether it is a regular or special meeting. <br /> Accessible Public Meetings <br /> The City of Pleasanton can provide special assistance for persons with disabilities to participate in public meetings.
