CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 04-012 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING STREET NAMES AND NON-GRID STREET NUMBERS WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has chosen to realign Vineyard Avenue, leaving a number of properties with existing Vineyard Avenue addresses separated from the new, realigned Vineyard Avenue; and WHEREAS, the Vineyard Avenue Corridor Specific Plan has planned to replace the existing Vineyard Avenue with a trail while providing access to existing Vineyard Avenue properties with new subdivision streets; and WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has determined to provide new street names for the existing driveways serving the properties southwesterly of the existing Vineyard Avenue, said new names to continue once the planned street infrastructure is constructed; and WHEREAS, some of the property owners have sought to use one- or two-digit addresses with their new street names; and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the use of one- or two-digit numbers on these new, short streets is compatible with past procedure. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The City of Pleasanton hereby established the following new streets, as listed below and shown on Exhibit A.
