permitted if the gate is set back a minimum of 35 feet from the southernmost point of the <br />paved bicycle lane on the south side of Stanley Boulevard. Final design and location of <br />the gate shall be subject to the review and approval by the Livermore-Pleasanton Fire <br />Chief. <br /> <br />85. <br /> <br />The emergency vehicle access (EVA) road and pedestrian/bicycle pathway located <br />between the new EVA gate and Stanley Boulevard shall be paved. The emergency <br />vehicle access (EVA) road located between the new EVA gate and the Remillard Road <br />cul-de-sac bulb shall be gravel installed to provide an all-weather surface capable of <br />supporting 55,000 pounds. Final design and location of the EVA road shall be subject to <br />the review and approval by the Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Chief and City Engineer. <br /> <br />86. <br /> <br />Prior to operation of the expanded water park, the applicant shall submit a vegetative fire <br />management plan for the review and approval by the Fire Chief and Planning Director. <br />Said plan shall address the first 50 fi. south of Remillard Road and the slope bank areas <br />south of Stanley Boulevard. <br /> <br />Hazardous Materials Use, Storage, and Waste Treatment: <br /> <br />87. <br /> <br />The property or business owner shall submit a complete list of all hazardous and <br />combustible materials, including solids, liquids and gases, including biologics, to the Fire <br />Chief at least two (2) weeks prior to submitting the building permit plan set. The list <br />shall include all materials with technical and common names, the maximum amounts to <br />be stored, the materials' Fire Code classification for the materials, whether the materials <br />will be stored or used in an open or closed environment, and the Material Safety Data <br />Sheets for all hazardous materials. <br /> <br />88. <br /> <br />A hazardous materials management plan shall be prepared pursuant to the City's <br />Hazardous Materials Ordinance and the Uniform Fire Code. The plan shall be submitted <br />to the Fire Chief at least two (2) weeks prior to the building's occupancy. <br /> <br />89. <br /> <br />All hazardous materials including solids, liquids, and gases, in either the pure, processed, <br />or waste state, shall be used and stored inside the building covered by this development <br />plan approval. <br /> <br />90. <br /> <br />NFPA placards indicating the relative hazard of the facility shall be posted at all times at <br />the entrances to this building.
