CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0P PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 541 <br /> ZONING UNIT NO. 77, <br /> AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 520, ZONING ORDINANCE, RE: PRE-ZONING <br /> OF 24.8 ACRES WESTERLY OF FOOTHILL ROAD AND SOUTHERLY OF <br /> STATE HIGHWAY 580 <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> I <br /> <br /> The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated April 18, <br />1960, referred to in Section 28.110, of Ordinance No. 520, desig- <br />nating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into zoning districts, <br />is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Unit No. 77, as shown on Map dated December 23, <br /> 1968, on file with the City Clerk, shall be designated <br /> the land use and zoning district of said territory. <br /> <br /> II. <br /> <br /> Said territory and zone classification, as amended, is <br />further described as follows: <br /> <br /> Real property of Richard K. Taylor, being approximately <br /> 24.8 acres abutting Foothill Road on the West and being <br /> adjacent on the south to State Highway No. 580, is <br /> hereby classified as follows: <br /> <br /> PUD (Planned Unit Development District) <br /> III. <br /> <br /> This ordinance is adopted pursuant to the provisions of <br />Section 65859 of the Government Code as a Pre-zoning of the land <br />herein, which is presently located in the unincorporated area but <br />with respect to which annexation proceedings for annexation to <br />the City of Pleasanton are pending. Therefore, this ordinance <br />shall be published once in the times and shall be in force at <br />such time as the land referred to herein becomes a part of the <br />incorporated area of the City of Pleasanton, or on the thirty- <br />first day after its adoption, whichever is later. <br /> <br /> <br />
