Resolution 04-020 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Council approves the overall funding program for the City's Community <br />Development Block Grant (CDBG) program for Fiscal Year 2004 as depicted in Table A, <br />including a total of $341,000.00 in CDBG funds and $54,812.00 in City Housing Funds. <br /> <br />Section 2. Council directs staff, under the authority of the City Manager, to submit the annual <br />Action Plan and all other required documentation for the City's CDBG program for FY 2004 to <br />the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in conformance with HUD <br />procedures and deadlines. <br /> <br />Section 3. Council authorizes the City Manager to enter into individual contracts with each <br />agency receiving Pleasanton CDBG funding in FY 2004 and to take all other necessary actions <br />to carry out the CDBG program for FY 2004. <br /> <br />Section 4.
